But this bassinet is a life saver! Not only is it fully adjustable so you can raise and lower it to your needs, but the mattress is self is adjustable to! I love that I can roll it over the top of my bed because I will be having another C-section and trying to turn to get baby out of a ordinary bedside bassinet is painful. With this one you can roll baby over the bed and just sit up to retrieve them! I also love that the baby can sleep in this bassinet longer than most on the market! With 2 kids and limited space the option to use it longer is a god sent! Finding sheets for it can be a bit of a struggle so do research on it and read reviews to make sure what you get will fit. It&rsquo;s a nice bassinet and we&rsquo;ll continue to use it for the next kids, but wouldn&rsquo;t recommend as a side sleeper nor would buy it again if we needed to. I was a little hesitant due to some reviews saying it is not high enough and I have a sleep number which is box spring, bed, mattress pad and all on a frame (deep pocket bed sheets &amp; roll out storage containers under bed - hope that helps with sizing) It adjust so when it's next to my bed it's at a 6 and when I use it in the living room I set it at 2 (couch level). It's small enough that my LO doesn't find it intimidating but large enough that she is still in it. I can quickly and easily get to her at night which makes night wakings a little less troublesome. I like the mesh around it... Anytime LO is set in the crib she gets legs and arms stuck - which leads to screaming. No need to worry about that with the mesh, breathable material here. Set up is VERY easy. It's easy to assemble and set up. It's really easy to put baby inside and out quickly. At night, it's awesome that I can just look over at my baby instead of having to get up. She's doing breastfeeding and always feel tired, especially has to feed my daughter every 2-3 hours. This bassinet is extremely useful and easy to assemble, took me about 20 minutes. It comes with the mattress. It has big pocket to store diapers, wipes and clothes. The height can be adjustable. Besides that, the front panel can be zipped down so that my wife can easily feed my daughter and sleep next to her but still ensure my daughter has her own space to sleep.
