- Studies have shown that Red Light Therapy aids the body in natural melatonin production. This is because the red hue of the light mimics that of the sunset, which informs our body that it is time for bed and to start producing melatonin. Melatonin is the key hormone that is released in our bodies that helps us fall asleep and stay sleeping. Exposing your child to Red Light before bedtime and throughout the night helps them increase natural melatonin production and thus helps improve the quality of sleep, conversely other hues of light (blue, white etc.) can actually disrupt your child's sleep. The humidifier and diffuser are great, especially when anyone is sick. The red light is perfect for bedtime and the regular light makes nighttime diaper changes easier. I do wish the noise machine part, was slightly louder but it's nice to have either way. Unfortunately my five year old is not a fan of it and says it sounds creepy. So we don't get to use that function.</span>

The sound is probably the only part I am a little disappointed in because there is only one that makes a white noise. It does have adjustable volume though. The red & white lights can be adjusted to brightness too. I was excited to try the red light therapy & it does not disappoint! Makes even me feel relaxed! I would absolutely recommend this simple, easy to use machine with all the best features.</span>

There are five key functions to the Dream Machine: night light, red light therapy, pink noise, cool-mist humidifier and aromatherapy. This product is well made and seems to be durable. I learned that red light boosts melatonin! This comes with a power cord and a measuring cup. I always clean out and wipe water reservoir after every use. This is the perfect size for a child at just about 8 inches all around. There are three easy to push buttons right on the front bottom of the machine. I really like it!</span>

My kid loves the sweet sleeping face of the bear on the cover and the fact that it glows white or red for the night light. It’s pretty simple to set up and use and there’s no app to download and deal with. There are three light intensities for each color and a few volume options for the pink noise. I wasn’t a fan of the pink noise but my son didn’t seem to mind. I like that it can be used as a humidifier and an essential oil diffuser which is really nice. I don’t have to deal with additional gadgets which helps reduce the number of things in the kid’s room. Plus it’s easy to fill since it’s smaller in size and fills from the top.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I got Baby Dream as a gift for my baby shower and I just started using it now that my babe is 6 months. We are only using the Red Light setting and the Pink Noise, but I love that it has a humidifier. Im sure I will make use of that this winter. I defintiely noticed an improvement in sleep since I started using it 2 weeks ago. My son is now sleeping about 10-11 hours , when before he woke up twice a night. The pink sound is very soothing and when I hear it from the baby monitor even I fall asleep and sleep better, haha.
So far I highly recommend this product to any new parents</span>

<span itemprop="description">This is our second Baby Dream Machine and it works well for a couple of months and then the humidifier stops working - at first it goes through a tank of water a night and after a few months it takes a week to go through a tank. We used distilled water and clean it regularly so there’s no build up and still have issues.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I was so excited about this machine. It worked so well, for one week. When using the humidifier (it does state it can operate for 7-10 hours, I used it max six hours) It soaked the entire table it was on with condensation, and the humidity barely lifted an inch above the machine. I wanted so badly to love this, and I did while it worked, but went to press the ON button at the back before my 3 year old’s nap today and the button pushed all the way into the machine, and won’t operate now. I did not press it hard, it is just incredibly cheaply made for the price you pay. I cannot believe it was $130 regular price. It’s not good.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Really wanted to love this but it’s way to quiet! The oil diffuser part was great but it’s way to quiet to be a sound machine. All the buttons are lit up with very bright red backlighting too which is too distracting.</span>

Il ne s'agit pas de berceuse mais bien d'un bruit de fond ( white noise ) en continue. Il faut ouvrir/ fermer manuellement.

I don't see why you can't use it for a 10 month old. I use it for my 2 year old and 5 year old. Definitely helps them sleep more soundly.
