<span itemprop="description">I’ve owned a couple diffract seats over the years for my kids I loved my evenflo infant car seat but this high back booster is the absolute worst car seat I have ever had the bottom part comes unsnapped all the time and when I got the car seat the straps were twisted I thought it was fine took it out fix it and then it got twisted again right away it’s like it’s permanently twisted. This was such a waste of money I thought it would last me a couple years and there’s no way it will I need to buy a new car seat.</span>

The plastic bar do not stay pushed into the car seat it flips back up itthe buttons on the back of the bar scratch the grand kids legs. This really needs to be corrected. after viewing the comments it looks like i am nt the only peron to complain about the same issue with these seats.</span>

Very light and feels cheap.
Honestly the straps twist constantly and the cup holders attach easy meaning they detach easily. Can only use one or the kids grab the one closest to the door and it pulls off every time.
Look at the cost of other car seats. You get what you pay for.
I don’t like it, but yes. It does work.</span>

It didn't come with a manual and didn't realize until weeks later that we jave to screw the cupholders on so they kept popping off. One of our seats didn't have a warranty card (we bought 2).
Overall cheap product but we got on sale and it does the job.</span>

<span itemprop="description">It's a great car seat, and I'm so glad we bought it. Our twins needed a new seat! The only reason why I can't give it 5 stars is because the front flaps that you can lift up so as to access the crotch button and move it to a different position are already not fastening. The white plastic pieces don't do a good job keeping it in place. It's more of a nuisance than a danger, but it is frustrating. We bought two of these seats, and both are doing the exact same thing.</span>

The Chase model can only accomodate a child up to 40 pounds with the 5 point harness and the Maestro Sport can accommodate a child up to 50 pounds with the 5 point harness.
