We had this system on our baby registry and initially we loved it. I was taking my son for a walk and it just collapsed mid-walk, which was very scary he's very lucky he wasn't injured. Brought my concerns up to the company and they just ignored my emails after their first initial response, I think they were trying to drag out the warranty period so they didn't have to repair it. The worst service, please do not buy this unit and skip this brand entirely. Our 2016 Elantra looks brand new. This stroller seemed great when we bought it in December for our newborn. It was $800 on sale for $450 tax in so we jumped on a staffs recommendation. The shade on the actual carseat blocks the light, but the mechanism and plastic holding it together are absolute junk. It has not broken her but I am afraid to use it as it feels like it hasn't got much left. The shade on the stroller is better quality. The handle on the carseat is wobbly and moves an inch in either direction when locked, should it do this? Probably not. The strap/seatbelt does not move when pulling to tighten unless you push the button. I cannot explain in words how frustrating this is with a squirmy baby. The stroller has no snack tray and the parent cup holder will break if it has more than a medium McDonald's coffee in it. There are no accessories for this travel system so good luck. The wheels are squeaking after 5 months of use, the wheels on the back are bowed inwards and the wheels are worn down already. Absolute junk. The poor baby in this looks like he's being shaken like James bond's drink when on a flat surface. She came a month early and the car seat had easily adjustable settings to hold her from birth and on. Once the base is secured in your car, it is very easy to move the car seat in and out of both the base and the stroller. The safe max clip and app are added peace of mind especially with a rear facing seat! The only slight problem I had was I didn&rsquo;t remember to take the manual with me to the car seat safety class and they actually installed it incorrectly as they had not seen a lot of the features before. They were very impressed but could not navigate it without the booklet.
