They denied me because I am a low income mother living in women’s shelter that got the car seat for free from a fire station that took the pads out for their own selfish use claiming that it was a safety issue. Evenflo just dismissed my request and told me to just buy replacement. I do not have the money for it. I can barely survive in women shelter with my baby. I am trying to save money to get an apartment and they just dismiss my request. Bad company</span>

My only dislike would be that its a little on the larger side if you have a smaller car or more then one child needing a car seat at one time. Very secure and stable when installed in the car it doesn't wiggle or budge when taking any kind of turns or curves. I would recommend this seat especially if you have a baby on the larger side it holds anywhere from 8 to 65 pounds with no issues and is a rear and forward facing seat so no need to replace it when its time to make the change</span>

<span itemprop="description">We love our carseat for the most part and have loved it for over the last 6 months but we recently have had an issue with the anchor latch belt not wanting to adjust the way it supposed to when trying to extend it further. It doesn't thread through correctly making it catch and have to take over 15 minutes to adjust the strap other than that we have not had any issues and we believe it's just a faulty safety belt thread.</span>

<span itemprop="description">At first I loved this car seat but lately I’ve notice it doesn’t fit my two year old well at all. I can’t loosen the straps and they’re so tight that I can’t buckle it. The shoulder straps keep falling down so it’s a constant struggle to lift them if they lift at all. I absolutely cannot stand the cup holders it doesn’t hold his sippy cups and so he gets all worked up. The recliner doesn’t recline much because it is too big for most cars. However I can say I love how comfortable it is. We can take road trips and I won’t worry that my kid is sore.</span>

The Tribute car seats have a 6 year life span from manufacture date. The manufacture date is found on the back of the seat as well as the registration card that comes with the seat.
