The hand grip on the back is useless. Super hard to get installed into my SUV. The reclining option is kinda pointless in my Vehicle I can&rsquo;t reach the lever and won&rsquo;t go back even with my seats all the way reclined. I think this is better off in a Van. Definitely doesn&rsquo;t fit in a car, It&rsquo;s way to big. I couldn&rsquo;t figure out how to recline it when I was setting it up in the house, it was really hard to get to because it&rsquo;s hidden. The neck straps are really close together and dig into my kiddos skin, so I have to get pads. It&rsquo;s hard to even loosen the straps when in the car but of course they have easy things to tighten it. I think they need more colors in store all they had was pink, purple, and white. In all it&rsquo;s comfy and easy to get his long chunky body buckled into this than his baby carrier. However because it&rsquo;s so big I have to get something smaller for my husbands car. That being said, I do not like this car seat at all. The clips by her groin get stuck when I am trying to buckle her in and I have to mess with it for a bit to make sure she is secure. One strap often feels uneven to the other no matter how much I try to fix it. Also the knobs to adjust the harness are too close to backseat when rear-facing and hard to get hand in to turn. It has never been in an accident. It was installed by a certified car seat installer and I have not taken it out of my car until I noticed the crack. No damage was done to the seat.
