This is super easy to use and very gentle. In fact, my little guy can't help but laugh because he thinks it tickles. I like that there are 4 different options when it comes to the buffer, a nice case to keep it all in, and that I can choose the speed. I was also surprised by how quite it is. And while I&rsquo;m pretty god at clipping mail, this buffer has been nice for two uses. First, I can use the ultra gritty pad to smooth down the one year olds nails pretty well. He is curious of the tool so he sits still and watched. With my five year old I use the buffer to smooth the nails after I clip them. All in all, fairly happy with the mail buffer. I am convinced that the products are designed by seasoned moms because they truly have created products to meet my every need- even ones I didn&rsquo;t know I had! I have never been anything but AMAZED by Frida products and the electric nail filer is no exception! I cut my first sons finger with a nail clipper when he was an infant and have been forever scarred. Even a toddler, he&rsquo;s always despised cutting his nails and so it was like wrestling with a rolling alligator. This has been a complete game changer for both my toddler and infant! They barely even notice when I&rsquo;m filing their nails- or are extremely interested. No more sharp, flat edges with a clipper- it&rsquo;s perfectly rounded and only take a couple seconds for each nail. The LED is a wonderful detail that allows me to attend to my infants nails even when she is snoozing- without waking her. The different buffing disks with fine to course texture let&rsquo;s me meet the mail needs of my toddler and my infant. FRIDA is the definition of convenience and even provide the battery and a nifty little case that&rsquo;s easy for travel- my only improvement suggestions was the case was a little difficult to open- but that might be best to safeguard from little hands. A ton of features. Some not necessarily needed but nice to have. There are several speed/strength options. It came with a set of different filers. I love the light feature. For the most part this is intuitive; however, I did have to look at the instructions to figure out how to power it off. My only recommendation is that the nail filers/buffers would be curbed upward&hellip; the flat tops rubbed up against the finger beds buffing down the skin. I remember when my baby was a newborn that this would actually break off the skin when made contact for too long. Anyhow, that&rsquo;s more of an user error I&rsquo;m sure. Love Frida products! I appreciate that this file is quiet and not scary to my baby and I even use it when baby is asleep. You get four different buffer pads to choose from ultra fine, fine, medium and ultra gritty. It has a handy light that automatically turns on when using that is not too bright or distracting. The case is sturdy and keeps all the buffer pads and device all in one place. It takes the worry away of cutting little nails too short. Since my kids are older, I cut their nails to a shorter length and then use this buffer to round off the sharp edges. The coarse pads work well- and even though the fine pad says it&rsquo;s for 0-3 months, it still works for snags or rough edges on my 4-year-old. Unfortunately I don&rsquo;t see anything about how long these heads are supposed to last or actual replacement heads.
