The bouncer is ok but the swing ended up in the garbage! First of all, the different speed settings never worked, I don&rsquo;t know if the one I got was defective. It went extremely fast on the slowest setting. It was way too fast for a new born baby. Very dangerous! The power cord that comes out of the swing broke within a couple weeks! And there&rsquo;s no battery operating option. Very disappointing considering the price of this product. It swings in two directions and has two different recline positions which was perfect when our son was very small. The swing is pretty quick, we tend to use it on the slowest setting possible. I read some reviews that said the swing changes speed on its own; we have not had this experience. The motor is sketchy and the seat almost catapulted my newborn baby out of it. Dial settings do not work at all. Not sure if it&rsquo;s defective. Lost my receipt and babiesrus won&rsquo;t do anything and sent an email to the manufacturer and they have yet to respond. Don&rsquo;t waste your money. Spend more to ensure your baby is safe.
