They're at an incline so whomever designed the metal rods to attach to the playpen messes up. When changing my baby, half her body ends up against the edge because it's not flat. Very disappointed. Haven't used it much yet so can't review on how well it folds etc.</span>

My only issue is once you drop the bassinette to the lowest setting, it is not padded enough to be comfortable for our LO to sleep all night. We have added custom made foam underneath to remedy this.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Save your money and skip buying this playpen. The bassinet is unstable, my newborn can roll in it. The mattress when put on the middle setting sags in the corners rendering it uselesd. Id never put my baby on this surface to sleep. I have not tried the mattress on the lowest setting as i only have a newborn. The only thing i use is the change table which isnt big and my little one will outgrow quickly. If i knew what i know now, id just buy a playpen for much cheaper without change table and bassinet because essentially thats all i got anyway.
Its important to add i bought another playpen BEFORE this one (same brand but different model) and it also had the mattress issue so i contacted the company. I had to cut it up for them to send me a check to replace. That was a month ago and i really wanted a playpen so i bought this one and wanted to give this brand another chance. I still have not received a check so im out the cost of 2 playpens. Not impressed</span>

<span itemprop="description">The bassinet seems slightly bent so the baby keeps pending to one side. Would be lovely if the bassinet was portable (removable and transportable) but it is not.
Other than that, this set is great. I use it as a day crib and it passes through the apartment door mounted which allows me to carry between room and living room. The changing station is awesome and works pretty steady, very easy to clean with wet wipes. The entire set is actually easy to maintain clean.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Beware, the dream centre has a support board made of flimsy plastic. After a couple months it begins to sag and soften and will not support your baby. I called for a replacement part and was told they dont have any. Rest of the product lasted longer, but if you are planning to have more than one baby or resell it, be advised the dream centre will not hold up.</span>

Put half of it together today following pictured instructions with no words, might as well save the paper and not put these instructions in there, brutal. After constructing the center and bassinet portion and realizing how unstable it easy and easy for the bassinet to just fall out if you slightly bump it, I immediately deconstructed it and placed it back into the box to return promptly. No one should place a newborn in this niece of garbage.</span>
