The music is perfect and even adds dancing to the entertainment. This toy was very easy to set up and my 13 month old has really taken a liking to it. I have a child on the larger side, so he is at a perfect height for the basketball game currently. I fear in a couple months he will be too tall for it. The soccer is fun, but my on isn't quite ready to take that on yet, same goes with the bowling. That will allow this toy to grow with him, which I really like! The product is decently durable, but I wouldn't say it is of the best quality. This seems like a great toy for motor sports and development, which is crucial to me. They were both very interested in this toy when we first took it out of the box and had lots of fun playing with the different &quot;zones.&quot; However, my son lost interest after about 30 minutes and hasn't really played with it since. My daughter loves pushing the buttons that make the music and pushing the button on the basketball hoop to make the numbers count. She doesn't really play with it as intended, however. We did have friends over that have a 1 year old boy that really enjoyed playing with it. The toy is on the short side, even with the basketball hoop fully extended. I wouldn't expect anyone over two to play with this frequently. Overall this is just an &quot;ok&quot; toy, although if you have a small toddler who loves sports this might be good for them. Also, after the first half an hour of playing with it three of the pins got stuck in the &quot;up&quot; position and wouldn't go back down. We contacted Little Tikes and they very quickly responded and sent us a new one (we had to destroy the broken one). My son and his 5 year old sister really enjoy the soccer ball that came with this, and it has been great for my son to practice kicking the ball into the net, his coordination and spacial awareness has already greatly improved! My two kids have also gotten much better at sharing and taking turns playing with this toy. My biggest problem with this product is that it is rather small and made of flimsy plastic, unlike other Little Tikes products, which tend to be sturdy, weather resistant, and lacking any real assembly when purchased. This was less than what I expected, as far as craftsmanship goes, but I think it would be great for a slightly younger child, as I would have preferred to introduce this particular toy around 12-18 months. I was most impressed by the games featured. I love that the Sports Zone has three modes, as well as the three sports, encouraging following directions, counting, and learning shapes and colors. I'll start with the colors, they are bright and appealing. It is light weight and easy to move. It folds for convenient storage and all 3 balls have a storage space. The bowling center has colored and different shaped buttons that light up. It says several cute phrases as you bowl. The lit buttons then have to be pushed to put the pins back down. It says the color and shape of the buttons as you press them. The basketball game is fun and has several phrases during gameplay. The screen for the basketball lights with different numbers and shapes. It also counts how many baskets you make up to 10. The hoop adjust up a few inches. There are buttons to change what sounds it makes as well, like music or phrases. The only problem I've had with the basketball is that one of the lights on the screen went out within half an hour of play. The soccer game isn't as interactive. It does make some sounds when you score but not a lot. The &quot;net&quot; is like a plastic screen that lifts slightly when you score and that's where the sounds come from. For amount of time and fun, I'll start from oldest to youngest. My 7 year old son loves the bowling, mostly because the ball is shaped like a coconut and he gets to throw it. The coconut ball is hard brown plastic. He played for over an hour the first day and atleast a little while every day for the 10 days we've had it. He's played basketball with his baby brother and not been all that interested in the soccer. My 4 year old daughter likes the bowling and plays for a while every day. She doesn't care for the soccer or the basketball. My 3 year old son likes the bowling and the soccer, but not the basketball. My 17 month old son likes to play with all 3 games but likes the basketball the best. We have the VTech soccer/basketball center, but they prefer the Little Tikes. I would definitely buy this toy. It's fun and entertaining. I prefer this to the VTech as well. The box says 12-36 months but all of my children enjoyed it. I have three girls ages 5, 3, and 15 months. The older two loved the bowling and soccer while my youngest enjoyed standing over the hoop and throwing the ball in. I like how there are 3 balls to play with so there is no bickering over who gets the ball. When I pulled it out of the box it was very easy to put together. Everything pretty much &quot;clicked&quot; in to place and it was ready to go. I love the fact that it has three different balls that all feel differently; One is rubber, softer, and hard plastic. I love that lights and colors when we put batteries in it. It has lots of saying and I love the fact it is teaching them to count. The different colors for the bowling pins is a great additive. My daughter was able to kick the ball into the net, shoot into the basket and hit the bowling pins up. It is pretty durable and doesn't feel cheap. I am pretty much all for this toy. It is the best three in one they have made thus far. I also love the fact it folds up, because we do have quite a few toys and it is nice to organize. The only con I could find for this item is the &quot;grow with me basketball hoop&quot;.
