The box is huge - you will need a truck to pick it up as it takes up the whole truck box. Assembled this morning and didn't take too long but assembly is a 2 man job. Had it together in about 45 minutes, not too bad and we weren't rushing. My son loves it. A few snags...shipped to the wrong address. Arrived out of box. Screws were missing. But finally did receive them, just delayed putting it together. The climber itself provides a lot of fun for our granddaughter. She loves the climbing, the steering wheel, the telescope and the slide. The steering wheel constantly comes unscrewed while turning it.This needs to be secured better, as the constant turning causes the steering wheel to unscrew. It requires adult repair constantly. She absolutely loves it!! It didn't take long for her to figure out the leader and slide. She hasn't discovered the tunnels or climbing wall yet so she has plenty ro grow into! It wasn't terribly difficult to put together. It took my husband and I roughly 45 minutes to assemble. I would definitely recommend a drill. It was missing a few screws, but we had so,e that worked just fine.
