My son is 5 going on 6 and the Large did still fit him if you have an older one still into PJ Masks this size should be good. He put on catboy first and was catboy for the whole day! We all loved it....super cat speed was the phrase of the day. BUT by the end of the day the neck of the costume had multiple runs down the front and the neckline was very beat up looking. He was not taking it on and off all day, it was not stretched, and it was normal indoor play. I want to give it 5 stars, but because of the durability I cannot. So I will go with 3 stars. If you are using it just for trick or treat night than you will be ok, but if yours likes to dress up than this one might not be for you.
