I think this is a great journal for documenting pregnancy. I haven't gotten through the whole journal yet, but so far in the first trimester it has a lot of writing prompts to document what's going on so far. There is even spots to put pictures. I like that it give helpful tips for each of the trimesters and that it includes a hospital bag packing list. This journal is a great addition for any baby memory box!</span>
