Fairly easy to put together, helpful if you have two people though, getting the tires on requires balancing the carbon it's side and banging them in with force. Second although it isn't too hard to put together they really need to put better instructions in for it. Third the black push part on mine did not come with holes in it to attach at the bottom in fact it looked like someone covered the holes by mistake or something when it was being manufactured and to this day I don't know if it was supposed to come like that because the instructions manual is so unusable so I put my own unfortunately.
