It has to be connected to Bluetooth to change settings unless you use the tiny buttons on the back of the device, which who is doing that in the dark at bedtime? It comes preloaded with stories, lullabies, and white noise/nature sounds. The colors aren&rsquo;t terribly distracting for adults, having to share their bed with her young child. For a new baby who also has trouble falling asleep, we suspected white noise might help as well, and this is a much cooler, hi-tech solution. We appreciate the remote control options and ability to change up sounds/lights as needed.
