I am left with a soaking wet bra as these pads do not absorb anything. The pad itself is thick and can be seen through clothing when wearing a regular nursing bra, and it is so stiff that if you have somewhat sensitive nipples, it causes you to &quot;let down&quot; multiple times when you aren't even close to a feeding or pumping time, which causes a lot of lost milk :( and multiple changes during the day-I went through my box of 60 in just over TWO days! Which, in a way was a good thing, because I couldn't wait to put on comfortable pads! They are thick &amp; durable. They hold a good bit of leakage before you have to change them. Unlike some other thinner brands I have tried. And you can't see them through your bra or shirt.
