I received it and quickly realized I needed something a bit bigger because I'm carrying 2 bags in order to have space for my pump, and extra bottles. That's not the companys fault but I have found the zippers split. Specifically the one with the cooler pocket, it splits every time. I'm not over filling the bag I put all the stuff that doesn't fit in a second bag but I'm struggling with this cooler pocket because I need my milk to stay cold and the zipper being open all the time defeats the purpose of that pocket. When I tried to go to toys r us to replace they say message the manufacturer, then I try to message the manufacturer the website won't work.
