Especially when you remove the chimney and take the water tank out&hellip;it will leak all over, pouring water in whatever surface you have it sitting on. The chimney is extremely breakable; mine broke after a few uses. And now the spring that allows water to flow from the tank to the unit broke, making this completely inoperable. Also the control panel is finicky. Can&rsquo;t purchase replacement parts in Canada. I was able to get a new chimney through the US customer service, but this took a lot of effort on my part. I&rsquo;ll be contacting them again for a new tank plug/spring. This unit is also louder than my other. I don&rsquo;t recommend buying this at all.
