This set is all in one as it comes with milk bottle with multiple bottle nipples, sippy cup and straw cap and covers plus a cleaning brush. The extra nipples are addition as this set will last longer with so many nipples. Sippy bottle can be used when the baby is big enough to drink on their own and so does straw. The caps make sure the milk or water is not running freely if the bottle is laying sideways. The cleaning brush helps to clean hard to reach spots in the bottle. There are 8 nipples in the set which has 4 levels of liquid flow through them from very slow to fast with 2 pieces for each level._x000D_
