Show battery empty less 20 minutes after full charge. Also get warm to touch when charge battery when not even fully charged with light blinking... Brown pump amidst using 4 other pumps. I have a low supply and am very particular with using different ones bc I can&rsquo;t afford to lose one drop. Blown away with my first usage. then when dr. Brown&rsquo;s offered me a battery pack to use and review I was a bit hesitant. What if it doesn&rsquo;t work and it hurts my supply? I went for it bc the pump was so thoughtfully designed I figured they had to be thought with the battery as well. Happy to say it worked brilliantly and as effectively as being plugged into the wall! Plus, it perfectly sits in the pump so nothing is clanking around. The whole system is designed with a pumping mom in mind. I honestly loved having a wireless pump. I was able to move around without being stuck to a plug. I fully charged battery the battery before using it and it gave me 3 full 30 mins sessions. I now charge after every use to make sure I have it charged for when I need it. I have to pump and my job and it makes it so much easier than being plugged into the wall. The charge of the battery pack seemed quicker than I thought it would take to fully charge. As I was pumping, the suction pressure was so great, I would forget that I wasn&rsquo;t plugged into the wall. The battery pack fits right into the rear storage area of the pump.The only con I have was that when my battery pack was at 2 lights, it went down to one light and died very quickly. It does say in the directions that once it is at one light, charge it. It gave me about 7 or 8 pumping sessions that were each 10 minutes long. The silicone flanges fit my breast perfectly and I was able to pump regularly. A few months ago, my dog got ahold of my pump and chewed up all the connectors &amp; pump accessories and I was devastated! I could not find any replacement parts online; so when I reached out to Dr. Brown&rsquo;s customer service I was beyond grateful when they sent me replacement parts free of charge! Last week I was contacted via email stating I qualified to receive and do a product test with the battery pack for my pump. It was delivered just 2 days later and I am very impressed!
