Their legs dangle, which is definitely not hip healthy. It is so comfortable on my body and my baby is also very happy and comfortable in it. It is easy to wash/ clean if baby spits up. Our family cannot travel without it! It allows us to be hands free when going through TSA and when we need to fold our stroller by the gate and still need baby to be safe! He has fallen asleep in it on the airplane which is a super plus!!! The material is very sturdy and can hold his weight comfortably. We will continue to use as he grows! I have a toddler so I need to be chasing him all day and my baby wants to be held all day long so this is an amazing find. I tried the wrappers kind and I never was able to do it right and this is so easy to use. Just adjust and put your baby in. Its comfortable and secure so you dont have to be adjusting during the day either.
