She carries it around everywhere she goes. She will play peek a boo with others and by herself by holding the elephant into her face and covering her eyes with its ears. Then she laughs and laughs. This &ldquo;lovey&rdquo; is intended for newborns to 3 year olds. My 18 month old grandson was not a big fan of this elephant. The colors are muted and the ears are very oversized compared to the body of the elephant. Each part of the elephant&rsquo;s body is a different texture. Personally, I thought that the blue fabric on the inside of the left ear was scratchy. The other fabrics were soft and good for cuddling. Also, the there is a &ldquo;vest&rdquo; on the elephant which is confusing since it&rsquo;s too small for little hands to hold on to.
