Used the Frida eucalyptus drops in it, a few every night. Now it doesn&rsquo;t work. Covered in an oily residue. Have it full blast and only a very small amount of mist emits. I cleaned it exactly how the video shows, with vinegar. Still oily. Also, cannot contact Frida through email/their website. Never loads. We did have a small issue with the original one but a Quick Look at the box revealed a lifetime guarantee! I emailed the company and they replaced the whole humidifier for free! The one we received as a replacement appears to be a newer model and holds water better than the last. It seems to run more efficiently and isn&rsquo;t empty by morning. We run ours every night in our little girls room from 8:00pm - 5:00am.
