They advertise it as easy to clean, but that is not the case. Mold grows in it almost immediately and I find myself having to do it deep clean of it all the time, but I&rsquo;m still too scared to use it moving forward. It is slimy. I am using distilled water as suggested. You must refill it every day and it leaks sometimes. It worked great with no issues for a while, but now it makes this awful whirring noise every time we try to use it - sometimes happening from the moment we turn it on, other times randomly throughout it&rsquo;s use. This noise is loud enough that it wakes my daughter up from sleeping every time. We clean it regularly.
