OR it comes off both at the same time! I&rsquo;m already stressed that my son won&rsquo;t let me take the boogies out, the last thing I needed was for this thing to be falling apart as I&rsquo;m trying! I will never go back to the bulb. There is so much control! However, over time the clear nose tube ends get loose and the mouthpiece and the clear blue sucker, keep falling off, and there is no replacement tube. I bought one of these eight years ago with my oldest and it was great, never had issues with it falling apart. Now, the thing falls apart every single time we try to use it (specifically, the red tip comes out all the time). It is safe to use on all ages in my experience. Way better then using a suction bulb. My babies never cried when using this product but before this product I used the suction bulb and they would scream. This nose sucker is so much gentle.
