The one thing I suggest the company improve, is the pink mouth piece attachment. When I am trying to use the Nose Frieda on my baby, and the baby wiggles or moves their head away, that pink piece pops out easily and makes it harder to use. I have to re-insert the pink piece. It is safe to use on all ages in my experience. Way better then using a suction bulb. My babies never cried when using this product but before this product I used the suction bulb and they would scream. This nose sucker is so much gentle.
