<span itemprop="description">Our daughter and son-in law came to visit for Thanksgiving with their 5 month old daughter. Bought this base to use with our vehicle for their stay with us. Base worked fine until it came time to release it so they could take it back home with them. As much as we tried we could not release the strap. Someone else reported the same issue in the Comments. I guess we had the base installed too tight. In the end we had to cut the strap to release the base. This product is ok if the base stays in your vehicle but too difficult to use if you plan on regularly switching it between vehicles.</span>
