They will ignore you once they &quot;offer&quot; you a warranty replacement. And they will say &quot;no stock available&quot; -THEY HAVE FAKE/PAID reviews for their product. TOYS R US should take them off their shelves. I've never met a company with such poor/ non existent customer support. The camera worked for less then a month and I've been waiting for my replacement for over 3 months. I've sent them MULTIPLE emails and they ignored me once I said give me a higher manager to help with this problem. I'm putting a consumer's affairs complaint against this company. It should not be allowed to take advantage of families by selling fake functional products that are so expensive. At least once a week we have to do a restart on the entire device. Not reliable at all. Hubble also doesn&rsquo;t let you select a lot of options without paying monthly. Oh and fun it will update in the middle of the night and turn off your device until you log back in after the update. No warning or notification at all. Since we have had it there has also been 2 outages. This was very easy to setup once I figured out I was trying to setup to the wrong network. This can&rsquo;t be used with 5g only 2.4. The night vision works absolutely great which is my favorite feature. This camera is very clear and has a high quality camera. The app was simple to understand and operate and is beginner friendly and self explanatory. The night light can be turned on/off and be switched to multiple different colors. I am able to record, talk send to emergency contact and much more. This is by far the best baby monitor I&rsquo;ve ever owned and I am very pleased. The Hubble Grip was designed as a flexible grip. Its 3 arms are easily bent and twisted to make the camera positioning easier. In small words, one arm of the Hubble Grip has a hole in it.
