I love how it positions baby and it's super easy to use. Comfortable for baby as well. One downfall I have is that the pillow does not attach to the carrier and the piece of material only slides between you and the carrier to use it. It comes out easily when removing baby (I almost lost it right after I bought it while we were out and about after I took my little one out of the carrier to put her in the carseat, it was wedged between her legs and she pulled it right out).
