Was disappointed that the phrases in Chinese and Spanish were just "hello." Would have been awesome if it did numbers too...or can switch between languages. The volume is also very low (no difference between the 2 volume settings). Which could be due to baby putting the phone to the ear? I gave this to my 9 month old niece, who loves it. Enjoys scratching the dogs face, pressing the easy to push buttons, and dancing to the music.</span>
