Overall, this monitor was easy to use and setup. After downloading the app, it gave simple instructions for connecting it to the wifi. The video quality is great. It seemed that the sound was a bit delayed, as I would always hear my baby crying well before hearing him through the monitor. The cry assist feature would analyze the baby's cry to tell you if he is hungry, tired, gassy, or just fussy. I found that it was usually accurate, but I only ever saw it say he was tired or hungry. I found the notifications to be overwhelming. As he continued to cry I would receive one notification after the other telling me that crying was detected. There is the option of using it without wifi so that would be my preference. The parent display was easy to use, but it would be nice if there were volume buttons instead of having to go into settings. I did not use the sound options that the monitor has because I have another sound machine in his room, but this is a nice option for travel and not having to pack a monitor and sound machine. The zoom and 360 viewing abilities are great for seeing the whole room and would be great for toddlers who are getting out of bed. I found the temperature and humidity settings helpful, as other monitors I have used did not have the humidity. This is an exceptionally well thought out product from beautiful design to smart features. First, the install and set up is very straightforward. I found the instructions easy to follow. Once installed it has all the functions you expect in a monitor like excellent sound and video quality, but it goes above and beyond by adding features like temperature readings and CryAssist technology. The fact that it doubles as a sound machine is one of my favorite features. I also love that I can take snapshots right from the app and save them to my phone! We hired a nanny and wanted an option for a monitor that had a separate screen to use vs. using a phone or iPad so the nanny could use it. We moved the other monitor into our room for night time and have this monitor for his room during his naps. The main issue we have is that this monitor doesn&acirc;&euro;&trade;t have white noise :( we used this for every nap with the previous 360 monitor and now we had to buy a separate white noise machine. I&acirc;&euro;&trade;m hoping there&acirc;&euro;&trade;s a way for this to be updated with a software update! We had been using a traditional baby monitor and this showed up around the time we transitioned our son into his own room. It has been a game changer and provides me with so much peace of mind. The video quality is so clear, I can zoom in and see my little one breath while sleeping (I can't be the only one). It was so easy to setup too, it only too 5 or 10 minutes and came with the hardware to mount it to the wall as well. The CryAssist is a nice feature too! It alerts when the baby begins to cry which is helpful if you keep the volume really low on the monitor. I also love the look and ease of use of the parent monitor. It shows the time, temperature of the room and humidity, houses the zoom and menu button and look simple and clean. The See Pro 360&deg; Baby Monitor is the first monitor my husband asked if we could buy more to have one in both of the rooms our children sleep in. I was impressed with how quickly I was able to set it up with both my phone and the separate parent monitor. The CryAssist feature was nice to be alerted on my phone when a child was napping. I didn't enjoy how overly sensitive it was. It would alert me to a child crying while the child was in the living room with me. I my phone during the day and used the parent monitor next to my bed at night. I was glad to have the parent monitor because I try not to use my phone at night. The parent monitor is easy to use, but doesn't have a way to turn it sleep mode you had to wait a minimum of 1 minute for the screen to go dark. Over all I would still like to add another one of these monitors to my home, because having such a clear picture when checking on my children is very important to me. I don't want to miss them needing me. Since using this smart monitor we realized we were really missing out! Packaging was so smart and efficient. You could tell the high quality of the monitor, camera and cords right away. The setup was easy! All I had to do was turn on the monitor and plug in the camera. Everything was already connected. The camera and monitor quality is outstanding. You can see everything so clearly in the dark and vividly in color. The ability to swivel the camera 360 degrees lets us see around the entire room! I love the temperature and humidity gauges&hellip; I always wondered how warm it was and I can adjust the air/heat in my house to keep it the right temperature. The monitor really eases my worries while I'm away. The app was easy to install and use and I like that the monitor doesn't use WiFi for safety. CryAssist is another high tech feature that we really like. It distinguishes between cries and helps me so I don't have to go into the room as much as just hearing a cry and rushing in for everything. Very cool! The picture quality on both the physical screen and the app is great, and the zoom capabilities on the app are better than other monitors I've tried. It was so easy to set up, the Bluetooth pairing with the app via the provided pin was a little odd but easy to do with directions. Everything was clear and easy, a few features that could use more direction were how to mount better on a flat surface and turn off the bright LED light but once that was cleared up it all worked perfectly.
