Good at first, horrible now
Initially this stroller and travel system was amazing. I really enjoyed the bassinet feature for when my baby was little. It took a while to get used to which buttons to use to attach/remove the car seat from the base and from the stroller, but eventually you get used to it. I like that it is easy to recline for when your baby falls asleep when sitting up in the stroller too. BUT the front right wheel of my stroller is horrible now. It always twists around and makes it so the stroller can’t move forward unless you go and physically readjust the wheel yourself, and then it only lasts for a few minutes until the wheel twists on itself again and can’t move from that position. So I have pretty much stopped using this stroller unless absolutely necessary, and when I do use it I usually keep it propped up on the back two wheels so that I can actually move the stroller forward. Disappointing since I paid so much for the travel system, and it was nice to begin with. I hadn’t even used this stroller for a year before problems started showing up.

I bought this last Christmas and had my son in May. At first the stroller was nice and I liked the bassinet and how the car seat can attach easily but the wheels quickly started acting up, getting stuck and hardly moving in any direction. The stroller gets extremely frustrating and uses a lot of effort to steer. I wish I researched more because I’m seeing this problem reported a lot, I definitely do not recommend.

Save Your Money or Upgrade to
I purchased this stroller as a first time mom. I spent a lot of time researching strollers and travel systems and was excited to receive it in mid 2022. Our baby came in September and we immediately began to use the system. The first month the system worked well - the bassinet was a handy feature for walks and the carseat seemed to work fine. But after that, it all went down hill. We flew and brought the carseat and the stroller base on the flight. As required we left the items at the front of the plane and when we picked it up the entire unit had been wreaked. The carseat covershade had been ripped off. The leather handle had been torn and ripped. The clip to keep the stroller base clipped close was also broken. The system states right on it, that it is TSFA approved. Therefore, you think they would make it a little more travel friendly. The other largest complaint I have on the system is how DIFFICULT it is to connect the carseat to the stroller unit base. The clips are super easy to change out, but to actually put the carseat into those clips - is so difficult. Even more, if you're struggling to lift them into the unit. You have to be precise or the carseat doesn't attach sits off and isn't actually attached to the stroller base. Further, once the baby gains any weight, the carseat becomes difficult to carry. It's a heavy unit, so it isn't ideal for when the baby weighs anything more than 10 pounds. The stroller is marketed as a "high end" product and the price tag supports that claim. But after my experience - I would recommend either spending a bit more money and upgrading to UPPAbaby ( I've never used it personally but I've heard only good things) OR save your money and buy a unit that will actually work. PROS: -look of the stroller ( comparable to UPPAbaby) -basket size (under the stroller) CONS: -not travel friendly -heavy unit -hard to attach carseat to stroller base -customer service was not useful

I wanted to love this stroller system so much
My son is 10 months and feel like he's already grown out of it. I did really love it when he was a newborn, the bassinet was fantastic. It was super cozy for baby and we loved that it was adjustable in so many ways. Once he grew and liked sitting up more it was really tricky to change it into different positions. Most of the time 2 hands were needed to do anything such as lay it back. It also felt like the entire stroller was getting loose, a bit more wobbly when going on walks. When spending so much on a travel system, I really would expect better quality. One additional thing, on the car seat, the clip that holds the visor/canopy in place actually broke when baby was 5 months old. We barely even used the car seat because we don't have a car ourselves so would maybe use it once a week if that.
