<span itemprop="description">Why are these are not offered in the same sizes as the flanges? I use 27 mm flanges and the 24 mm Nicole shield is very obviously too small for me. I don’t know how they can advertise this as “sizes for all women” when they don’t make them in the larger sizes. Very disappointed.</span>

<span itemprop="description">TMI* Bought the shield because my nipples were becoming very sore and bleeding from all the feeds. Bought this a week after baby was born and wish I had it from day 1. So easy to use and OMG NO PAIN. I am so comfortable during feeding and no longer fear my baby feeding. But I recommend buying 2 different sizes because it's hard to tell which will be best fit without leaving so much space between the nipple and baby. But well worth the money 100% great for 1st time mothers or anyone really.</span>
