Before pregnancy I was a 36 A; and I ordered a large due to increased breast size, it's still a little snug! Also, for smaller breasts it will be hard to fully utilize with nursing because my breasts aren't able to fully hold the cup open. I will sleep in it for sure, it will do the trick.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I had to return this one as I bought a L and XL because the size chart said I would need a L but if it's going it's going to be comfortable to sleep in it was too small. I haven't used it yet, just preparing for baby in a couple months. Didn't use a sleep bra wroth my first and ended up with stained shirts from leaking. Plan to get at least one more before he makes his arrival.</span>
