My baby did not like the nipple shape as he prefers a large bulb shape but he definitely enjoyed it more then the Avent pacifiers. They arrived right in the nick of time. My 9 month old is teething- 4 at once- and he's on the struggle bus big time! He's never really been a huge fan of pacifiers, but for some reason these are his new favorite thing. We cannot leave the house without them! I am a fan of the design and how I don't have to worry about dental/orthodontic issues like I might with other brands. It is soft enough to be comfy when he uses it, but not so soft that it tears easily. AND BOY OH BOY AM I SO THANKFUL I DID! They&rsquo;re aesthetically pleasing, easy to clean, and most importantly helped my baby girl with her teething. We were going back and forth with her pacifier and teether, sometimes losing one or the other. This pacifier/teether is an all in one, so no more switching back and forth! We went through 4-5 teethers trying to find one that my daughter liked and she picked up this NUK one as soon as I gave it to her. With the nipple having the curved design she is able to have good suction on it! We&rsquo;ve found it stays in her mouth great instead of constantly falling out. She prefers her fingers/thumb. It's great because she can never lose the things that provide her comfort, but when we're out for a walk in the cold and she has gloves on, it does make that more challenging. When I got the Nuk, I wasn't expecting her to like it as much as she did. We went out for a walk and since her hands were in mittens, she couldn't self soothe. I gave her the Nuk and she relaxed immediately. She's also teething so I love that she can chew on the side of the pacifier and it soothes her sore gums. She has always tried to chew on her other pacifiers but they aren't really made for that so it wasn't helping her much. I can tell this one really helps her sore gums. The &quot;handle&quot; is easy for her to grab with her palmar grasp, but she can also easily grab it by the side too. And the looped handle makes it easy to attach a tether to it. Like most other pacifiers made entirely of a &quot;grippy&quot; silicone, it does attract cat/dog hair a bit more than ones with plastic bases. But that's a minor inconvenience for what the product offers. And it easily washes off. I love the neutral colors of this pacifier. They can easily be used for a mom that is expecting and not finding out the gender. The pacifier is the perfect shape. My baby hadn&rsquo;t really taken to any other pacifiers but seemed to actually like to suck on this one due to the silicone. My baby is teething really bad right now and this helped her have something she could choose to suck or chew on. The silicone made it easy for her to hold and not lose her grip on it even when she was chewing and pulling it in and out of her mouth constantly. The only negative was that due to the silicone texture, if it is dropped, it seems that crumbs and hair stick on it easily. We usually just dip in water to clean while on the go. When I removed the package from the shipping box, I observed how sleek and high-quality the pacifiers seemed. Removing them from the packaging reveals that they are as high quality as they look. The silicone material feels very soft and durable. I was confident that my baby would find it comfortable to use. I also really enjoyed the concept of a dual pacifier and teether, as my 12-month-old is always teething lately - or at least it feels that way! We tried these pacifiers for a couple of weeks and they were a huge hit in the teething department. My baby really enjoyed gnawing them to soothe his sore gums. As my baby is starting to move away from using pacifiers, the NUK didn't really work well for us as a pacifier, but from putting them into use and feeling their quality, I feel confident in recommending them to friends whose babies are still using pacifiers. Babies and toddlers already have enough to keep up with, so having both a teether and pacifier in one piece makes life just a little bit easier. I also like the gender neutral colors and the soft/smooth feel. My little one has used the same brand pacifier for the past 13 months now, so I thought that she may not like this one. However, she picked it right up and started using it. She also likes the &ldquo;handle&rdquo; as it makes grasping and turning the pacifier/Teether much easier. She uses the pacifier to soothe herself, especially right before sleeping. She has two bottom teeth coming in so she definitely makes use of the teething edges as well.
