We&rsquo;ve used both 0-6m and 6-18m and they&rsquo;ve held up amazingly through much pulling and gnawing. She&rsquo;s guaranteed to have one in mouth and one in hand at all times. They&rsquo;re easy to clean, I&rsquo;ve seen people mention that water gets in the nipple when cleaning. The shape is great and they are light so they don&rsquo;t fall out easily like the heavier rubber pacifiers. However, they aren&rsquo;t sealed 100% so when we wash them, soap gets caught in then and the water doesn&rsquo;t evaporate well so it does seem like they could trap bacteria over time. The nipple is not secure and seems to get stuff trapped inside&hellip; soap, water, curdled milk. I wouldn&rsquo;t recommend until they can fix this issue. Water got inside and slowly leaks out. Mildew growing around &quot;seal&quot; and cannot get it cleaned.
