I'm not sure when it changed, but they have destroyed this product. It used to be my go to and now it's a terrible goopy product that is unusable and not nearly as effective as it once was. I don't know what you've done but please bring back the old penaten. I will absolutely never buy it again as long as it remains this new goopy recipe. If we understood that the formula was now diluted with water that will separate from the cream, make opening the container a giant mess, and can be harder to apply. All winning decisions. It has always worked great. The new formula does not work the same and it is not smooth, so putting on sensitive areas can lead to further discomfort. New formula is making this a garbage cream. It is thin, spreads thin and doesn&rsquo;t stay on. This used to be the best diaper rash cream ever and new formula has completely ruined it. My babies rash continues because the cream doesn&rsquo;t stay on and builds a protective barrier like old formula used to.
