We love the car seat! It's very comfortable and the design is very nice. It is very easy to put my son in and take him out of this seat. One of the cup holders has an attachment that lets you put snacks in it without worrying about your child dumping them all out, which I though was a nice added touch. We've only used it in the rear facing mode, but it is very convenient that it will convert to front facing and then to a booster seat. The installation was a little different from the other car seats that we've had, so you definitely need to follow the directions. Our other car seats also have a level that helps you tell if the seat is installed at the correct angle; this car seat only has a mark that you are meant to line up with the ground to make sure it is installed correctly. That is one feature I think could be improved. We tried this seat as both the booster with my 7-year-old and as forward-facing car seat with my 4-year-old. I had no complaints from either of them. My 4-year-old normally HATES his car seat. He is always loosening himself and complaining about them being uncomfortable. With this car seat, my 4-year-old said it was so &quot;cozy&quot; and loved the cup and trash holder feature. We went on a 4-hour-trip with 3 car seats lined up in the back of our pickup truck and had more than enough room for each! And (and most importantly), no complaints from my picky 4-year-old! One of my favorite features of this car seat is the ease of conversion. Changing the car seat from the forward-facing seat to the booster was super simple! I also really liked the magnetic chest clip, much easier to use than clips most other car seats have! First off, it's a lot more spacious. My 2.5 year old's first words when we put him in were &quot;big, mommy!&quot;. The chest clip is magnetic, making it easy to close (it also has a latch that locks it in place). The main/ lower clip is easily adjustable, unlike some other car seats where you have to really pull to tighten them. It is easy to install. It took me no more than 10 minutes. The cup holders are nice. The one on the left is a typical drink holder &amp; the one on the left is a snack cup holder. The has rubber flaps on top, which helps keep the cup in place when kids are reaching in and out, to prevent any goldfish from taking a dive. The padding is soft &amp; is made with anti microbial material. I haven't had to wash it yet, but the advertising boasts that it's easy to clean; you can just throw it in the wash. Honestly, I was just planning on using this seat for a week or so in order to review it - and then replace it with my original car seat. As far as a convertible car seat, this was the slimmest seat we've ever had. We used this in a four door car, and it's always a struggle with two big car seats in the back. It still seemed big and a little difficult when using the rear facing option - but I would have liked this better in a larger vehicle where the doors opened wider and I had more room to maneuver kids in and out. We loved the one-handed booster conversion feature. My oldest just reached the right height/weight for the booster. She was so excited and not so patient waiting for me to make the change so this was awesome. Our last seat took me forever to switch or change a feature, so this was a breath of fresh air!! I wasn't a fan of the snack cup cover feature over one of the cup holders. A great idea, however, we found it was a hiding place for random things picked up at the park. It's easy to remove or put back on, so no big deal but it's nice to have the open cup to better monitor if they did eat their snack or if something questionable has made its way in there! Last comment, with the final booster seat in use, my daughter loves it and says it's really comfortable. However, again using it in a car, the back seats were contoured where the booster was too wide to sit just right. It's a bit of a pain to get buckled because the side just reaches over the buckle clips. Once it's buckled, it doesn't move or shift and seems to sit well but it's a bit of a pain every time we're getting in the car and need to adjust it to buckle. We take a friend to the park occasionally, where I need to put the booster seat in the middle so we can have 3 car seats/boosters to fit everyone. We had to switch to a different booster that wasn't so wide for those occasions so the buckles could all be used. In a larger vehicle it wouldn't be an issue. It definitely has a slim profile and was easy to switch between modes! Be sure to read the manual, though, because I tried to adjust it without reading first and definitely made things harder on myself. The magnetic chest clip is super cool, however, it is harder for my 3 year old to unclip herself where she could unbuckle herself in her previous seat. I will also say that the straps get twisted much more often and easily than our other seats. My daughter loves the snack cup, and I love that it is easily removable and washable. She is very happy and comfortable in this seat, and I am so glad it will grow with her through high back and no back booster stages! We are definitely fans!
