Even when we step out of the room we know our baby is safe. They have the door knobs safety thing that goes on a stove so no way they can be turned on, the plug outlet, the cabinet locker! Saves time and helps keep things in the same area with out having to move things from one place to another so bay don't get into it. She is especially drawn to outlets, so the covers were a very good thing to have. The lock for cabinet doors is also great; it's difficult for a child to undo but easy enough for an adult, and it keeps the doors closed more than the latches do, so it's better for the more dangerous cabinets, like under the kitchen and bathroom sinks. The latches are good for other cabinets and drawers in the kitchen and bathroom. She is able to pull them open slightly, but not enough to pull anything out. The only issue is that she sometimes gets her fingers pinched if she tries closing the cabinets or drawers again, but she's learning not to. The only issue with this kit was that all of the doorknob covers are too small for our doors, which I thought were pretty standard. We couldn't use any of them and had to buy different ones. I received the product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel! And now I am buying more! I chose to review the door knob covers because we have young grandchildren and I was concerned about safety. The Safety 1st Parent Grip knob covers are effective at childproofing, easy to install, and of good quality. Installation is straightforward, and the durable construction ensures longevity. What stands out is their ergonomic design, providing a secure grip for parents while keeping little ones safe. There are three covers in the package. We put one in the front door, basement door and the door to my crafting room. The kids tried, unsuccessfully, to manipulate the cover and absolutely couldn't open the door.
