<span itemprop="description">I have had this product for about 20 months now! I've had to replace the batteries in it twice. It when using at it usually says my daughters temperature is anywhere from 93.5 to the highest being 98.8. This week she had a fever of 102.9 using a butt thermometer. When I use this thermometer directly before and after the butt temperature it kept reading 97.7.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This thermometer isn't the best thermometer to use for a child. We have had to use this thermometer several times here lately and every time we use, it gives us a different reading. When we check my son's fever, one minute it'll say 99.6 and then the next it'll say, 97.3. Then, we'll check our own and we know that it's not an accurate reading. My child has had febrial seizures, so we need a thermometer that's going to be accurate. This one isn't the one.</span>

<span itemprop="description">My temperature is monitored every morning at work and my forehead reading always ranges from 97.5-97.9. I was looking for a quick way forehead read thermometer for home us for both my child and myself if needed. Every time I have checked my temperature with this thermometer I get a reading anywhere from 99.5-101.2. I even used an oral thermometer right after and only received a 97.9 reading. I'm very disappointed that I wasted my money on this item.</span>
