They come broken down and you have to assemble them yourself. The inner walls velcro to the outer walls and are very flimsy. The outer pockets are only good for very small things, I wouldn't put a regular size bottle/container of baby stuff in there or even a medium sized one, they can only support something that is 'sample' sized. One will not be sufficient if you're hoping it to be a diaper caddy for around the house or going out.
