<span itemprop="description">Bought this monitor 6 months ago and like other reviewers, the parent monitor just stopped syncing out of nowhere and would only start working again if we turned the camera in the baby’s room on and off again. Vtech warranty support is sending a new one, but says it will take up to 14 business days to arrive - for a product this important (and expensive) that’s unacceptable.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This baby monitor only worked great for a week. I really liked it but all of a sudden it started to disconnect during the night multiple times a night. The only way I could get it to reconnect was to go into babys room and turn the camera off and on to fix the problem. When it disconnects it makes a horrible beeping sound to alert you. This monitor woke me up more than my 3 month old baby. The monitor disconnected both through wifi and non-wifi connection. I loved it up until it was waking me up 5+ times a night.</span>

<span itemprop="description">This baby monitor loses connection 10 times a day. The monitor is like 5 feet away from the camera. It makes a crazy annoying beeping noise when it loses connection so all night long that’s what we hear till we end up turning it off.
I’ll admit i probably got a faulty unit. Customer service is awful. You’re going to be on hold for 30-45 minutes easily. Last time I was transferred 6 times before someone said I’d get an email for the next step. 3 days later still no email. If you don’t believe me try calling customer service before you buy any vetch product. I personally wouldn't buy another vetch product and I definitely wouldn’t recommend any vetch products to anyone.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Have had this monitor for under a year, and have had it replaced by the company 3 times. Fist one the screen stopped working, second one stopped connecting to camera, third is starting to get glitchy and has issues connecting. V-tech is difficult to deal with, takes a long time to get a replacement. One time they just "forgot" to send one. Have bought a cheap sound only monitor as a backup as this one is unreliable. Wouldn't buy again.</span>

No, the camera and parent unit are paired at the factory, and we do not sell a stand alone after market addon camera for this model. However, we do offer this in a combo pack, already paired from the factory and ready to go out of the box with 2 cameras (model RM5764-2HD).

Yes, included in the box is (1) Wall Mounting Bracket, (2) Screws, and (2) Drywall Anchors. If you ordered the (2) camera version RM5764-2HD, then you would have double the above in the box, for both camera's to Wall Mount.

The WiFi Baby Monitors all ship with the WiFi turned off. So out of the box they are working on a closed loop at 2.4HGz Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum (FHSS) with the parent unit LCD. You can leave them as is, or you can choose to go to the App store, download the free MyVtech APP, set up an account password, and then go into the Parent Unit and enable WiFi on the camera. If you do this, then the video stream is visible on up to 8 WiFi smart devices (smartphone, laptop, tablet, etc) as well as the Parent Unit which is always active on 2.4GHz(you must have WiFi in your home to enable WiFI). So the WiFi is independent of the 2.4GHz FHSS, and you can choose to enable it or not, at your discretion.

This model is sold as either a 1, or 2, camera version out of the box. For the 2 camera version, please find model RM5764-2HD. We do not sell the camera separately, they are paired at the factory.
