Zipper broke (area where you keep the baby wipes and small cooler bag, cheaply made. Strap (metal piece), snap broken and there wasn't anything heavy in the bag. Wish I had done my research, when purchasing this bag. I'm just so bad, at myself, for buying this bag. Couldn't return, because my baby was in the NICU for 4 months and didn't' get a chance to give it back.</span>
