In the first stage, little ones can ride seated as of 15 months, to develop balance and coordination. <span itemprop="description">Bought this for my granddaughters 2nd birthday, she absolutely loves it and it is hard to get her off it. So do her older sisters. She is a bit taller than avg 2 yr olds so when she sits and glides on it she has a tendency to lean back lift her feet and makes it a bit unstable. I don't think it was designed for those fearless antics. but money well spent.</span>

<span itemprop="description">Hi, I got this last week for my 20-month old. He has been zipping around the kitchen all weekend and he absolutely loves it. He gets really excited to put on his helmet even. We have it on the shortest setting (with the seat) and he gets really excited, and even figured out how to go backwards. If you're considering getting it in the winter, go for it and use it as an indoor toy. Highly recommended!</span>
