We were happy for the price as it was a secondary seat but when I went to pick it up I was told Cosco sends this model in a bag and not secure in a box, Wich is ridiculous considering it's for the safety of a child it can't be damaged not even slightly during shipping from the states to Canada. Thankfully the employees understood and I was reimbursed but nonsense to ship child car seat in a plastic bag....come on!</span>
